The service is intended for private consumers.
Companies can, additionally, use the service. However, returns in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act do not apply to corporate customers. All rights to the content of this service belong to the service provider.
The service provider is responsible for the proper treatment of the personal information the user provides and preserves the user's privacy. The information that the user provides is stored in the service provider's customer database. In order to fulfill an order, the user has to provide following mandatory information: first name, last name, street address, zip code and country, email address as well as phone number.
The service provider will not disclose user's personal information to third parties.
The service provider reserves the right to disclose information about the use of the authorities, in case the user has acted illegally or in violence of good manners.
When placing an order from the service, a binding sales agreement is formed when the service provider has sent a confirmation of the order to the user, where the availability and delivery of the product is confirmed. The service provider reserves the right not to accept orders.
The price of the product is the price shown in the product information of the service at the time of order.
To the final price freight costs are added. The fee is per order, unless otherwise is stated. The current freight costs are available at the service while placing an order. The product prices and freight costs are stated in the service as euros.
At sales and deliveries of products within the EU, the product prices include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation.
When selling and shipping products outside of the EU, the recipient of the product is responsible for local taxes, duties and other comparable fees.
The service provider delivers the sold products to the users on the basis of transportation contracts made with third parties. Freight cost will be added to the total sum of the order. Each order’s freight cost is stated in the service. The delivery time is determined for each product separately. The delivery time also depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the delivery. Valid delivery methods are stated in the service. The service provider is not liable for delays due to force majeure, or incidental damages caused by the delay. The service provider reserves the right to deliver ordered products as separate shipments. The service provider is responsible for loss or failure of products during shipment.
The consumer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, by notifying the service provider within fourteen (14) days after receiving the order. The returns can only be made through Matkahuolto and the customers are responsible for the costs of the returns. The terms of the returns are that the order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of the sale, by notifying Mukava OÜ no later than 14 days after receiving the product, the product ought to be unused and in the same condition as the buyer originally received it with all related components preserved, the product ought to be packaged in its original packaging, or in an equivalent manner. The product ought to be returned immediately after the order has been canceled to Mukava OÜ / Aianduse tee 38, Tallinn 11913, Harjumaa, Estonia . Additionally, the return ought to be notified by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +358 451 657 296.
The service provider reserves the right to make changes at any time to the service.
The service provider can also change, at any time, the terms of this agreement by informing users about it at the service. The user accepts the changes to the service by using the service.
Any disputes in connection with this agreement that cannot be reached through a mutual agreement will be determined by the district court under Finnish law.
