The blade is made from UHC-nanosteel, it is slightly curved to aid in skinning. The short design of the Grandfather knife enables the user to use their finger to cover the tip of the blade to avoid cutting anything accidentally. The blades handle is made from heat treated birch, coated with linseed oil ensuring a firm grip even when wet. The Grandfather knife comes with a handcrafted sheath made from tanned leather. This gift edition also includes a sharpening tool.
